Exhibitor Registration Form

You may register more than one person at a time when completing the registration form. To do so, add the number of tickets within the category (professional conference only, undergraduate conference and membership, etc.) that you are registering and enter each person's name for each ticket. Be sure you know their lunch preference and any dietary restrictions that they may have.

If paying by check or if you need an invoice of your registration before you can pay, select the "bypass payment" option when you get to the payment screen. You will receive an invoice and can pay that at any time. Make checks payable to MNSHAPE and mail them to 10224 Nicollet Ave S, Bloomington, MN 55420.
